Ok honestly I had no idea what to put down for a tittle so I will just tittle it the new Sailor Moon Crystal. OMG! I can't wait for the new Sailor Moon anime 
I drew this for the fact that Sailor Moon has a 20th anniversary which is pretty cool. Ok now to the drawing, I am super happy how this came out 
The Sailor Moon outfit and Brooch is from the manga/crystal anime and the colors, I picked from the Crystal Usagi, where the colors seem a little more brighter. First time trying a vast ocean reflecting the sky, tell me how it looks or if I should try something diffirent to make it look better. I hope you guys like it

Overall
Vision Originality Technique ImpactThis is a really nice picture. The composition the colours and the mood are all really nice. There are a few problems with her face and body which just let you down a bit. Her body is pretty good there is just somehting weird about her chest area like her back is really curved and her breasts look a little off. Also her back arm is in a weird position, not wrong just a bit awkward. Her face is the biggest thing holding this piece back though. Her forehead sticks out a bit too much and her expression is a little strange with the open mouth in kind of a frown.
That said there is a lot of impact with both the stunning hair and the shiny purple background with stars which work oh so well together. I like the ripple moon although its a little TOO perfect if you know what I mean, like its very flat. Kinda looks like she is standing next to the end of the world because the moon is right up at the horizon the horizon looks really close, but thats not necessarily a bad thing.
I am not sure about the background purple works with the colour of the water but like I said the colours have impact so I am inclined to say its good enough. But you may be able to improve here as well were you to use this technique again.
