Sukuro-ru Kasai - Scroll of Fire

In times where Feudal Lords Rule the lands of Japan, there is always treachery afoot. The Emperor of Japan has power over all the lands, however there are those that wish to take that power for themselves. There are many ninja clans, some loyal to certain lords of the lands, even the emperor himself has many ninja clans on his sides, one of them being the Akemi Clan, the ninja's of fire. In order to become ruler of the lands many have sought to take out the emperor by taking out his subjects and many of his ninja clans, however many have failed and have ended up dying, family and all. Ninja clans can only be destroyed by another ninja clan. All the clans protecting the emperor have sworn an oath of loyalty and protection to each other and the emperor. Until one night the Akemi Clan was attacked by an unknown clan, of course the clan was not suspecting to be attacked at night so there were very much unprepared and was utterly destroyed in one night, save for one ninja, Ea Akemi. She was able to escape with the Scroll of Fire thanks to her parents. Ea escaped with the scroll because it is the clans heirlooms, anyone who was able to claim a clans scroll gains all power of that other clans. So all Ea could do is run with the scroll, unknowing who to trust she will kill any and all who tries to stop her from keeping the scroll and her life safe.

I don't really like this tittle too much, mainly the background but it was really all I could think of. Let me know what you think of the story, I think it still needs a lot of work.
